FAR: Vetevendosje made the autogogue of the century, Kurti in offside? ) Here's the reasoning.

Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtesa [ PZAP has published the decision on the Vetevendosje Movement's complaint following the parliamentary candidacy ban for Albin Kurti and four others. Under that decision, Albin Kurti will not have the right to run in early elections on February 14th. Along with him on the election blacklist are Albulen Haxhiu, Labinote Demi Murtezi, Bajram Mavriqi and another.
The PZAP has had very simple and easy reasoning on its decision not to certificate the upper candidates.
In this case, all non-certified candidates, such as at the point - I, the device of this decision has not passed the term mentioned above three years, as determined by the above set.” The decision reads.
Kurt and Haxhi were sentenced on September 13, 2018, meaning two years and four months ago, follows Periscope.
But why is it an autogogue?
Vetevendosje's legal representative had sent the subject for the validity of MP Etem Arifi's mandate from the communities to the Constitutional Court. Mr. Arifi, already serving his prison sentence, had voted for the formation of the Avdullah Hoti government.
And this subject in Constitutional saw the controversy of Vetevendosje.
MP Arifi had had an invalid mandate, so Hoti Government had been illegal. But, along with the Hoti Government, the Kurti government had been constitutionally controversial, which had MPs sentenced to the decision of power cut in the past three years as well.
Of course, Vetevendosje has applauded the Constitutional Court's decision on the mandate of MP Arifi that brought down Hoti, but is sharply rejecting the same decision regarding the implications it has for MP Kurti's candidacy. /Periscope
