At this party's acting president, Enevr Hoxhaj has welcomed the media conference, saying Kastrat is a higher prepared personality.
His presentation has made incumbent party chairman Enver Hoxhaj.
Hoxhaj, at a media conference, also presented Kastrat's biographies and achievements, which are expected to be part of the PDK's election list for elections and are expected to be held soon.
This assessment is not just a name and a surname, but a PDK opening to inject Quadro that would send Kosovo forward. Ardian's arrival does not mean accession, but faith”, Hoxhaj said.
Kastrati, meanwhile, said the PDK's invitation has been answered in 20 years.
I found an invitation to me when the PDK was founded 21 years ago. I answered this invitation 20 years later”, he said.
