The Central Election Council has made a decision today to verify votes from abroad through calls.

U.D. President, Mrs. Vjosa Osmani wrote letters to the CEC chairman, Mrs. Valdete Daka, looking to reconsider this decision.

And Osman's request, according to LDK official Florian Dushi, is unprecedented and inappropriate intervention.

According to Dushi, this could only include the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashta, the Supreme Court, and then the Constitutional Court.

Full Posting:

Unpredictable attempt to intervene and dictate the work of an independent constitutional institution, the Central Election Commission.
If the CEC's decision is contrary to the Constitution or relevant laws, it is competent bodies, the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parastance, the Supreme Court, and further the Constitutional Court, those that can control legitimacy, or even the constitutionality of the CEC decision, eventually by changing or even canceling such an act.
This decision, it's not a matter of other organs, the less of those provisional carriers who are (according to warnings) even the candidate in the upcoming elections whose rules are trying to dictate!
