Philosophy professor Blerim Latifi in the 2019 elections had run for Kosovo Assembly MP.
Latif had not been elected to deputy and continued his journey as an analyst.
The professor this time suggests that in elections that are scheduled to be held next month, I will not run for an MP, since according to him, I will not give anyone the pleasure of stealing the votes.

Dear friends,
I thought there'd be no need to write this text, but the many questions that in the last few days you sent to my private address make me do it.
I will not be part of any candidate lists in these elections that will be held in weeks. When Aristotle was about to leave Athens troubled by political violence, his friends asked him why he was doing this. He said short: it will not give my Athenians pleasure to repeat the crime committed on Socrates! Even I won't give the villains the satisfaction that once again, once again, with ballot boxes closed, they steal and destroy votes, as they did in October 2019. We, unfortunately, continue to live in a society in which reading the political will of citizens depends a lot, if not entirely, on the commissioners controlled and paid by political clans. That is the rule, especially in the domestic electoral fight of political parties.
