The report reportedly said that from January 11th all who enter Germany should submit the PCR test.

Chancellor Merkel and Land Prime Ministers agreed to extend restrictions related to the pandemic by 31 January this year. So existing resolutions adopted on December 13th 2020 will continue to be in force until January 31st, 2021. Important for our citizens travelling from Kosovo to Germany is the decision since January 11th, a new decision has come into force:
By January 11, 2021, PCR test is necessary for travelers to Germany: All citizens and travellers entering Germany must submit the PCR test no older than 48 hours before the introduction in Germany (Testet PCR from Kosovo is recognised in Germany).

Limitation of private gatherings: As an extension of the restrictions previously applied, private meetings with family members are allowed alone to another person who does not live in the house.
