Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) has published short-term industry statistics, presenting the industrial volume index for the second quarter of this year.
According to the AKS, this survey, with the data it offers, aims to present performance in industry: B ) Extractor, C ʹ Processor, D ] supply with electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning, and water supply, management and waste treatment activities, in three-month periods, through which the development of the industry is understood.
“Commander TM2 2020 with TM1 2020 has increased in the extraction industry (B) sector by 36.42% and the processing industry (C) by 13.4.8%. The decrease was in the water supply sector, management and waste treatment (E) activity with (-30.84%) and in the power supply sector, gas, steam and air conditioning (E) by (-14.89%).
Meanwhile, compare TM2 2020 with the same quarter of the preliminary year (TM2 2019), there has been growth in the power supply sector, gas, steam and air conditioning (D) by 7.3% and in the mining industry (B) sector by 4.27%. The decrease was in the water supply sector, waste management activities (E) with (-36.38%) and the processing industry (C) sector with (-16.89%).
