But the Mark family is not in agreement with the Court's decision. The deceased's brother Shkelzen told the newspaper Target that the court in Gjakova is corrupt.
According to Mark, justice in Kosovo has failed in connection with the case of his sister and messiah, since Ndekaj has sometimes changed words in court, trying to blame the Mark family.
“Rest took place more than two years ago, and yet the court has returned the case from the beginning for a single reason, arguing that it has accepted a murder, but not of Second, if you've followed court hearings, no case of Only the accused does not have the same words, trying to tarnish our family name even more. Trying to convict me and my brother even though there's not a single fact or testimony in that direction. Simply inciting hatred and resentment against our family, which is allowed by a corrupt judge, a lawyer known for distorting truth and justice human”, Mark said.
Mark is convinced that the former groom was intent on killing other family children.
Mark even said that he had accepted Rutcaj himself in court.
The justice in this case proved that he violated the blood of two innocent victims, we have faced a bloodbath killer who killed his daughter and ex-wife, and he appears very calm and smiling with the feeling that he will soon experience the freedom that was worth the life of his wife and 9 years old. But his intentions have been to kill other children, and the disappearance of our family”, Mark added.
The late older brother has also spoken of the neglect of justice institutions in the sister's case.
He stresses that Valbona had written a letter by which she had warned Gjakova police that she is threatened by the man.
We have the powers behind the Valbonne letter, but I hope it's in good hands and proves whether it's Valbonne's writing or not. In Kosovo on this occasion people are threatening or trying to buy. We have never had trouble or problems with anyone we trust because men gave their word that day and promised that everything to be left to the judge in the blood of water. We've tried to protect our sister, but we don't count on such treachery. We've had no conflict that this case would come to a bloodbath”Mark concludes.
Mark has also spoken of the children of the deceased sister who said that they are safe without revealing where they are.
The Constitutional Court in Gjakova, November 2, 2018, for serious murder and illegal possession, had sentenced Rudeca to 24 years in effective prison. To that decision, all sides had complained.
However, on March 1, 2019, the Court of Appeals had announced that it had changed the Constitutional Court's decision in Gjakova, and Ndecane had been sentenced to life imprisonment. The whole case had become retrial by the Supreme.
