On 28 September 15 o'clock in the Kosovo Specialised Chambers Trial Hall (DHSK) in The Hague will be held the first appearance of Salih Mustafa.

The act against Salih Mustaf was confirmed on June 12, 2020. He was arrested by the Special Prosecutor's Office on 24 September and transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague the same day. The Act charges Salih Mustaf with individual criminal responsibility for arbitrary ban, cruel treatment, torture and illegal murder, which are war crimes under international law. The edited public exhibition can be read here. Salih Mustaf's first presentation will be held at a public session that can be forwarded via Internet transmission, with a brief delay in https://www.scp-x.org/sq/transmitting.

The hearing could also be conveyed by the public gallery of the courtroom within the premises of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers. Also, The DHSK has a special media centre from which journalists can work and forward sessions with a brief delay. Due to measures to prevent the spread of Kovid-19, the number of seats in the public gallery and the centre for the media will be very limited, and preliminary registration is needed. For preliminary recording, please send an electronic message to the [email protected] by 12 at noon on September 27th. In the message you must mark your name and surname, birth date, citizenship, passport/lettership number, your affiliation (e.g. private person, accredited diplomat, NGO/civil society) and other relevant data. Journalists should also name the media organ, the location they are based on, as well as a press card scan. They'll inform you as soon as possible if there's any loose seats. We seek your understanding in view of the restrictions imposed on measures for public health in response to KOVID-19. More visiting data to DHSK, including measures related to Kovar-19, you can find here.
