The Hague Prosecutor's Specialised Chambers have issued communiques for the arrest of OVL KLA deputy head Nasim Haradinaj.
The communique stresses that Haradinaj was arrested yesterday following an arrest warrant issued by a Specialised Chambers Court.
For Haradinaj, it has been warned that it will be sent to detention.
The specialist in the communique also stresses that Kosovo Police have provided operational assistance to the Specialised Prosecutor.

Nasim SARADINY was arrested yesterday in Kosovo by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, in line with an arrest warrant and a transfer order issued by a Kosovo Specialised Chambers Judge.
Under the Law for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office, police within the Specialised Prosecutor's Office will have the authority and responsibility to exercise the competencies given to Kosovo police under Kosovo law. The Law for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor's Office also stipulates that the people against whom a specialised Chambers order is issued will be taken into custody.
The European Union's Mission for Rule of Law in Kosovo (EULEX) provided operational and logistical support to the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPO) in line with its mandate and in line with Kosovo's legislation. Kosovo police (PK) also offered operational support to SPO.
