Video published last night by Periscope, where it is seen that some police officials resort to violence against the person with the initials B.S. in the presence of children and women with the only reason “mos-holding of mask” has caused numerous reactions from people with public responsibility.
In order to clarify the more detailed case Periscope has contacted the security expert, Mr. Periscope. Noredin Ibishi.
He says this type of violence is not reasoned, despite frequent cases we have with various attacks on police officials.
Ibishi says it shouldn't be that reason for police officials to exceed the use of authorizations
“We are witnessing the very frequent cases of attacks on police officials, but that's not the point of police officials exceeding the use of authorisations by adapting to the guiding principles of the law of police that imply eligibility, proprociency”, Ibishi told Periscope.
Ibishi has further clarified what steps police must take in case the citizen disobeys orders.
He says all other options could have been used, but violence in any way.
Ibishi says the person in question had to cuff himself and leave for the police station if it was just like the police reported, that the person with the initials did not want to carry out the police order.
If the citizen disobeys police orders, he has no right to a citizen's verbal attack to use force. First it's going to be easier measures, if there's only been a slight verbal conflict... there's been no right to use violence, the only police have been able to do if the citizen refuses, the police have to escort the person into question to the police station. There's no attack because there's other possibilities, he didn't want to follow orders he could be escorted to the police, but not to do that in the children's presence”, it's over Ibishi.
A response to Periscope even points out that a police official has been injured by the suspect's resistance and uncontrolled behavior. /Besarta Hoti/ P ERISCOPIA
