Lushtaku: KLA has not killed any Serb civilian, Special Political

The former commander of the Drenica Operative Zone in the KLA war and the chairman of the PDK branch in Skenderaj on the “Debat” of RTK has said the KLA has been an army that has formed more difficulties during its time, since Serbia was very powerful in Kosovo.

There is no case that the KLA has killed a Serb civilian. The Serbian investment has been great to undermine our army's image”.

He has insisted that the Liberation Army's chances of committing crimes have been too small or all.

“The KLA has faced justice in Kosovo, sometime initiated by UNMIK, EULEX, The Hague... I think this is a political court and I don't know what murder it's going to be when it's made-up, the Lushtaku added.

He said that with the Special Court Albanians will also pay the murders and massacres that the Serbian Army has made in Kosovo.

The constitution's “abim is by all means the establishment of this court, but now it's a fact done”.

The former commander said no one has believed that Albanians, soldiers, would happen that after 21 years, they would be treated in these forms by courts.

“U n CK belongs to this country and those who are wearing uniform have served their country. The courts that have been here have had the opportunity for 21 years to investigate us, and I myself have been in court for 15 years”, Lushtaku said.
