Discovered: Saudi Arabia may have enough uranium to produce nuclear matter

Saudi Arabia is already possible to have enough uranium reserves to pave the way for the internal production of nuclear substances, according to confidential documents seen by The Guardian newspaper. Stock details contain a report prepared for the kingdom by Chinese geologists, who have been trying to help Riyadh draw up uranium reserves at dangerous speed as part of their nuclear energy co-operation agreement.
This discovery will raise concerns about Riyadh's interest in a nuclear weapons programme, writes The Guardian, and Periscope is sent.
The report describes how geologists had worked all year in spite of the burning summer heat to identify reserves that could produce 90 thousand tonnes of uranium from three large deposits in the center and northwest of the country.
Saudi Arabia has been open to its ambitions to extract uranium, with a senior official describing it in 2017 as a “spread towards <x1).
A 2019 research suggested that reserves could potentially provide Saudi Arabia with materials for reactors that want to build but also surplus that would export. /Periscope
