Albin Kurti weaves poetry to Weiman: It's not water, land and water. Even Weiman in Serbia is Kosovo

Weiman is not water, Weiman is land, because it is once land and then water. Weiman is a water-filled land. writes Mr. Kurt, in reference to the Washington deal he has firmly rejected, follows Periscope.

He says the land where the lake is built is paid dearly by Kosovo.

“The full area on which Weiman is built is the property of Kosovo. Kadastri, therefore ownership, extends further than the state border of the Republic of Kosovo with Serbia. So Weiman even on Serbia's territory is Kosovo. Weiman is the land of Kosovo on Serbia's territory. But even there he is of Kosovo. ” He has added, thus raising territorial claims on Serbia.

Weiman is our land

Weiman is not natural wealth but artificial lake. Weiman is wealth, because it is the wealth of Kosovo; not natural wealth, because he was built by man's hand. Weiman is not water, Weiman is the earth, because he is once the earth and then the water. Weiman is a water-filled land.

The full area on which Weiman is built is the property of Kosovo. Kadastri, therefore ownership, extends further than the state border of the Republic of Kosovo with Serbia. So Weiman even on Serbia's territory is Kosovo. Weiman is the land of Kosovo on Serbia's territory. But even there he is of Kosovo.

Planning, design and construction are done with Kosovo's declaration of interest, by means of Kosovo, destined for Kosovo, at the time Kosovo was the autonomous socialist province of the federation.

Weiman is not natural lake. There has been land ahead of the water, which Kosovo has expropriated, under the laws in power, and paid dearly for.

There was no dispute with the republics once (now states), after the federation was disbanded.

Weyman has not been built in co-operation with the other Republic (now Serbia), nor has he been heading for the use of water collected in it by both ethnicities at the time within the federation (now independent states), but only Kosovo's. This confirms every official document, but also the design of this water-energeic complex.

The fact that from the state border's point of view is part of Uyman's artificial lake -- the lands -- on Serbia's territory -- says nothing about land ownership over which today there is water -- it is the public company's assets with the government as 100% shareholder in the name of our Republic. Weiman is a property issue, not a border.

Weiman is not the case of the natural Lake Shkodra, where the lake itself is divided between states, or the Tekthonic Lake of Ohrid. But neither is it the case of the international water exploitation agreement, and then the purchase of land as at Lake Vremica in Albania's case with that world Yugoslavia.

There has neither been, nor has there been any dispute of international nature or in any form, of international water law. Because no one has an argument over the flow of the river that fills a part of our artificial lake.

The time when Serbia could issue claims on this complex such as Weyman has been more than 40 years ago, when Kosovo's interest in design and expropriation was declared to that effect at the federation level. Can't simulate the unmade conflict 40 years ago today in 2020. Because there is no right anymore. Everything was ratified at the federation level at the time and the case was closed.

Whoever is talking about Weyman as <x0Ws that need to be divided” except that it is helping Serbia to create a Kosovo-owned dispute from nothing, at the same time also setting the way for the border demarcation issue to be badly resolved whenever it happens.

Weuman has no contest, nor has it been used by Serbia, as fair and as an asset, because he has never met it, nor has it been built for parts or areas.

Weiman therefore does not belong to Serbia, nor does he even need the Republic of Serbia. Weman seems to have it all for Zeyednica, like water for Zayednica.

Weiman is the land, water and energy of Kosovo, from Kosovo, for Kosovo.
