The Space Agency has been struggling to find the source of a small leak at the space station since September 2019, when it noticed that the cabin was releasing more air than expected.
Nasa has found that the rate of depression has increased, although the flow remains within specifications, broadcasts the news.net.
The flow poses no danger to the station or to the people on board. Space station can be printed using nitrogen tanks sent to space station on cargo missions.
But Nassa hopes that isolation of the problem will finally allow it to be adjusted and allow the space station to return to normal functioning.
All points at the space station will be closed during the trial, so engineers monitor air pressure in each module.
This should allow them to isolate the problem module, and further investigations will allow possible repair of the problem.
