Health Minister Armenmen Zemaj, during reporting before the Commission for Health and Social Goodness concerning management of COVIDD-19, has said no documents were handed over during the admission of the task.

Before the commission, he said he is not even finding the health insurance file.

“No legal document, no document has handed over to me as health minister in accepting and handing over duty. No management plan, no communication you're addressing. It's not about increasing capacity. All you see since 5 is minister's work. I can't even find the health insurance file”, Zemaj said.
