70% of vote count, pro-European Djukanovici at risk, Albanians two mandates

Montenegro's Parliament has 81 seats.
If any Croatian lists exceed 0.35 per cent, they will receive a reserved mandate.
If Albanian lists reach even 0.7 per cent, their results will be collected and reached three, while at the moment they will have 2.6 per cent and two mandates. In recent elections, Albanians had won only one mandate.
The Centre for Democratic Transition announced earlier that 75.9 registered voters exercised their right to vote.
Citizens voted in 1,217 seats for one of the 11 election lists.
