Albania's first candidate for prime minister in northern Macedonia, Naser Ziberi, has commented on the proposal of the Special Prosecutor's indictment against Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and former head of parliament, Kadri Veselin.
Ziber estimates that the KLA war was fair as Kosovo's liberation proves it.
