Vetevendosje Sends President Thaci to Constitutional

Parliamentary Group of Movement V ENVENTION! submitted to the Constitutional Court the request for the assessment of the president's actions, Hashim Thaci, who, according to them, has convinced MP Haxhi Shala to change his stance on voting to the government, even illegalness.

According to LVV report “The complete Tablo of the unconstitutional actions of this scheme fulfilled the case of intervention and influence on MP Haxhi Shala, going to the rear house. That fact, the targeted MP publicly unveiled it, but was also confirmed by Haradinaj's own Thaci”.

Out of authorisation and in serious violation of values, constitutional and democratic principles, separation of powers and interference in the competencies of the Parliament, the president has committed serious violations of the Constitution. It has directly influenced MP Shala to change his position and vote at the extraordinary plenary session of the Republic's Parliament on 3 June.

As a government without legitimacy and illegal, its only support was in unconstitutional arrangements in all its phases. The full picture of the unconstitutional actions of this scheme fulfilled the case of intervention and influence on MP Haxhi Shala, going home to the backseat. That fact, the targeted MP publicly unveiled it, but was also confirmed by Haradinaj's own Thaci.

It is too much to say that the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo does not allow the president active role on the political scene, because what Thaci has done is not only active political commitment, but also serious interference in our constitutional order, but neither is it the first.
