He is the mayor of Presevo municipality, Shqirim Arifi, who has announced the request for a ministry for Albanians in Serbia's Government.
This time is different. Today we made it clear to President Vuciq the Albanian stances of the Presevo Valley. If he wants to show the world how European they are as a people, it is the right time to prove them by their actions. No more words”, Arifi wrote on Facebook.
He has presented the conditions that have been presented to Vucciki.
“Ministry of Local Power; Assistant Economy Minister; State Secretary of the Ministry of Education; Chairman of the Co-ordination Body. We're waiting for response”, Arifi wrote.
His post is also followed by b92.net. According to b92, a delegation of Albanian parties -- of the Albanian parties' coalition, respectively -- has had a meeting with Serbia's president in Belgrade on Tuesday.
