Dear citizens,

Last week we had a huge increase in the number of people affected by the COVID-19. The current situation is extremely disturbing, and maximum care is required of all.

I urge you to rigorously implement measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to respect the recommendations of health institutions. By applying the measures and recommendations of health institutions, each citizen maintains himself, his relatives and the whole society.
