Prime Minister's Adviser: Hoti is clear, conclusion of dialogue coincides with recognition

There were no such discussions, no preconditions, no conditions. I know it's been discussed when it would be a reward-free fee. There were no such conditions”.

Murtezaj has said the French president has welcomed Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti's invitation to visit Kosovo.

He has expressed confidence that Emmanuel Macron will visit Kosovo once such is possible in line with his agenda.
