Days ago, Hoti said he was not interested in technical dialogue but in a political dialogue to reach a comprehensive agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
Berisha has said Hoti's critics have not grasped the essence and that what the prime minister has meant has been different, Periscope follows.

In Brussels, but elsewhere, the Government of Kosovo, its prime minister will not negotiate a series of technical agreements, which will be the extension of the failed process.
Only one deal will be negotiated! The comprehensive Peace Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and Serbia, which in preambles, will have the compatibility for mutual recognition between these two countries.
Normally, that agreement will contain all issues of mutual interest to which we will agree.
There will be no basket of agreement but a comprehensive agreement. This deal will be discussed tomorrow.
