Prime Minister Hoti's visit to Tirana follows that of Prime Minister Rama in Pristina.
Rama visited Pristina after the indictment that the Special Prosecutor in The Hague raised to Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Kadri Wessel for approximately 100 murders.
