Thaci has been invited there after the Specialised Prosecutor's Office announced last month that, on April 24th, it has filed an act of war crimes and crimes against humanity against him, against Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Kadri Veselini, and some others whose names have not been made public.
Thaci has only been declared to the media on Monday, the first day of the interview, when he said several “clarification issues, technical” and their interest in the Kosovo Liberation Army has been discussed.
Over the past three days, his interview has lasted for six hours.
Under the regulation, the indictment now went into the hands of the pre-procedure judge, who has six months of time from April to prove or reject it.
Thaci has warned he will resign from the president's position if his indictment is confirmed.
His presentation at The Hague has been named as “a price for freedom”.
