The founding prosecutor in Gjilan, the Ra's Crime Department, reports that today, in the municipality of Kamenica, a person is suspected to have deprived his wife of life.
The event took place about 13:20 minutes, in the village of Berivojca, the municipality of Kamenica, where suspect N. M, about 42 years of age, allegedly with adequate means of metal rod has deprived his now deceased wife of life, S. M, about 34 years old.
In this way it is suspected that the same has committed a serious murder by Article 173 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The case attorney, police and medical teams have emerged at the scene, under which the guardian doctor's death has been recorded, and at the order of the prosecutor the lifeless body of the victim has been sent to the Law Medicine Institute in Pristina: the prosecution says.
While, suspect N. M, with the prosecutor's decision, has been detained in the course of 48 hours, and within the legal deadline, measures will be sought for the defendant's security in criminal procedure.
