Miroslav Lajcak's 9-point plan for Kosovo dialogue Serbia

Continued dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, according to international sources, will have several issues defined by the emissary for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.

Under his plan, there were nine provisions that the parties would discuss in order to finalise the agreement.

The first point of discussion will be the question of missing persons, the return of Serbs and Montenegrins displaced from 1976, where 250 thousand Serbs and Malaysias are said to be. Enhancing infrastructure and transport between Kosovo and Serbia.

Always according to these sources, social security and shifting state assets to the AKS will also be discussed, according to the decision by the former Prime Minister Haradinaj government.

Also envisioned is the resolution of property disputes, where 1300 are in the north and others of Serbs in Kosovo.

At the seventh point of Lajcak's plan, the question of the Serbian Orthodox Church is reportedly irrevocable, land ownership and property statehood is provided.

According to international sources, on the negotiating table between the Kosovar and Serbian sides there will be the implementation of the Serb majority municipalities with executive competencies and autonomy, with sectoral policies and ministerial powers, while ultimately the debate on the possibility of new recognition between the two countries.
