Haradinaj: Special attack KLA base, soon we begin petition for its decomposition

Proposal of the Specialised Chambers Prosecutor to former Kosovo Liberation Army Judges President Hashim Thaci and PDK Chairman Kadri Veselini have sparked numerous reactions both inside and abroad.

The KLA Veterans' Organisation, together with former political prisoners, has even warned the protest on July 9th to express disappointments about the way this Court operates.

O Deputy Chairman VL KLA nasim Haradinaj, in an interview for Kosova Prees, has provided details about the protest and its goal.

He has said that the draft incident against President Thaci and PDK leader Kadri Veselini is a direct attack on Kosovo, since he estimates the same have been the KLA base on which the country's freedom and independence were established.

The NLA was the one on whose pillar freedom, independence was established. To attack the KLA base, I think it attacks Kosovo. Not the individual, because today it is being mentioned in the world that the president of Kosovo was called, stopped, where? . In a dialogue the whole world is saying to be done. And to whom it stopped, against America”, he says.

The number two KLA veterans is expressed disillusioned in former Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who, according to him, promised the break in this court, but when he came to power, did not take the slightest step to take the promised promise.

However, for not undoing, at least amendments to the laws of this court, Haradinaj blames the opposition position.

I didn't ask Kurt to go down, but I asked him to do what he promised him without anyone asking him. But I never believed this statement, but it was because the people believed and voted it out. I thought he'd at least try, but it was early that he wasn't on that road. I've been convinced that there's no snooping because it's exactly the VV we've been dealing with back then about the signatures and she's still sabotaged. That's a shame what I said. You know, I've had a good time not to get my shit out of me, and I've been happy to try to suck it up. But they haven't broken the others, so it's not Kurt more guilty than the others, but they're the same”, he says.

But Haradinaj insists that amendments to laws that enable the discovery of all crimes committed in Kosovo and whoever it is, should happen.

To that end, it even says they will collect the signatures needed to call in a session that forces minimum MPs to consider their demands.

They may intimidate MPs, as if they were frightened, but they can't deny us the right to collect 11,000 signatures that the Constitution guarantees and force the minimum parliament to hold hearings for our demands. We just need one weekend for 10-15 grand signatures. That's why we've called for a protest to be warned by parliament to let MPs know. To do their best and find nothing to criticise and meet the amendments of this court, return the rooms to Kosovo and enter the discovery of all crimes”, he says.

Despite the government's decision to ban gatherings of over 50 people, Haradinaj vows that during the protest they will try to respect all measures, because according to him the goal of the protest is to protect the people's right, but without endangering their health.

We have called this people to protect and protect the people not only from injustice but also on a health basis. These will be taken into account. And in that sense we don't have to break health laws to call a protest where we destroy a people. So what's our profit? We will prepare the protest, then we will see. We don't call protests where we risk the people”, he says.

Haradinaj says the called protest will be peaceful and without political overtones. He says the enthusiasm for this protest that has only one goal is quite high.

We have the procedure peaceful, without political overtones. They're all free to come. There will be first two speeches. One of the associations and one of the Veterans' Organization, but it will allow each party on its behalf to talk, but with concepts and no political overtones, or a tendency for later campaign exploitation. Preparations, enthusiasm, the exit to this protest is too great. We're working a lot”, he says.

And as long as citizens have the right to choose whether they will participate or not, this will not apply to the KLA veterans for whom participation will be mandatory.

Haradinaj says that if they want to be veterans and former military, all veterans are ordered to participate in the KLA defence protest.

And if they want to be veterans and ex-military, if they want us to be their representative then they don't mind understanding the ordinance. For civilians it's a voluntary call, and if they find it reasonable that we deserve to be associated with them, and for veterans it's a warrant and everyone will be verified. Because no name will be mentioned but only The NLA, the court that is selectively run and parliament will be asked to intervene and change this tribunal's approach to the Kosovo people, and the more they change the approach of crime”, he says.

The protest, warned by the Veterans' Organisation and former political prisoners, is expected to be held next Thursday at 12:00.
