Gucati: We do not accept Special Court, indictment proposal against KLA leaders direct attack on Kosovo and its war

KLA OVL Chairman Hysni Gucati has said the indictment handed over by The Hague Specialised Prosecutor to President Hashim Thaci and to PDK President Kadri Veseli is unacceptable.

“We have gathered sides of Kosovo under exceptional conditions and circumstances to counter unfair and fair accusations, politically influenced by a part of the international community that are now becoming the KLA for the past 20 years orchestrated by both Serbia and its allies. The unusual announcement of charges against KLA leaders surprised the civic world. The act of the reckless and unjust prosecutor, who to exercise public expectations, has issued a statement before the court confirms or dropped the charges filed. This court is unacceptable, biased and suspicious, this proposal is a direct attack on Kosovo and its freedom, which brought the fair war”, Gucati said at the launch of the “protest in defense of the Liberation War”. /Periscopi/
