These needs will be located at airports for testing centres. People returning from dangerous countries arriving on land will have to be tested shortly after arriving at the position.
The measure is intended to avoid two weeks' quarantine for those returning from danger zones. Testing will be mandatory and free.
The informal agreement reached yesterday must be confirmed at tomorrow's conference following agreements with local public health institutions, which will organise the test.
Germany from the European states as at risk along with Russia and Ukraine also numbers BiH, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo. Only Luxembourg is on the list of endangered member states in the EU.
