The geographical distribution of cases is as follows: 37 cases in Tirana, 10 in Durres, 5 in Shkodra, out of 3 cases in Korca, Kavaje, from 2 cases in Fier, Lushnje, Mirday, and from 1 case respectively in Elbasan, Pusssan, Berat, Kamez, Gjirokasa, Pogradec, Saranda, Vau of Deja, Deje, Debar, Malisi.

In the last 24 hours, 42 citizens have been healed, bringing the number of cured since the beginning of the epidemic to 1744.

Dr. Rowena Daya of the Public Health Institute said:

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection informs you of the epidemiological situation in the country where there are new cases, but also new hospital stays and patients who need intensive therapy.

We pray to the citizens not to let down their guard for a moment, since the virus is among us but to respect the measures set: Physical dissemination, masking in closed environments, and wherever the distance and personal hygiene are not stored. Businesses must implement adopted security protocols to maintain the health of citizens.
