Kosovo has reached over 3,000 cases with COVID-19.
Kosovo's National Institute of Public Health has announced that a total of 225 samples received by the Infectious Clinic and the investigation into field contact, of which 73 positive cases resulted.
According to the institute, the total number of positive cases is 3,064 cases out of 24,271 suspected persons with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, with a total of 55 cases of death that had other accompanying diseases.
“Today, July 22, 2020, 63 patients have been cured until the total number of cured up to date is 1,707 cases, while active cases 1,302. The positive cases are from the Pristina municipality 44 cases, the Lipjan municipality 7 cases, the Ferizaj municipality 5 cases, the municipality of Vushtrri five cases, the Kosovo municipality of Fushe 3 cases, the municipality of Obilikqi 3 cases, the municipality of Skyered 2 cases and, with 1 case municipalities: Istog, Kline, Peja and Podujevo”, said the announcement.
