He added that Biden has a team capable of facing presidential elections, and they recognise the Balkans and especially Kosovo.
Biden's adviser has praised President Thaci, saying that until justice proves otherwise, everyone is innocent.
“In the event of victory in the presidential election, Beden, as I said, will have a broader commitment to stronger emphasis on co-operation with European partners, to stimulate reforms in the rule of law and then promote greater economic integration across the region.”, Carpenter said.
He has said that if Biden becomes president of the US, the interest in Kosovo will be much greater.
