31 patients with COVID-19 at Prizren Hospital, two gathered, and 31 others are awaiting test results

In heavy condition and put together are two people who have symptoms of coronary, but are not yet known whether they are infected or not because the results of their testing have not yet been disclosed.
So said Prizren Regional Hospital Director Africa Avrem Avdaj, who told Kosovo that 28 infected people who are being treated at this health institution are also on oxygen therapy.
Avdaj said that of patients infected with COVID19 there are different ages, but the largest number is those over 60.
We have 64 hospitalized patients with clinical signs for COVIDD19 positive from these 31 are confirmed with positive COVID19, 33 cases of clinical signs received or pending testing and are still waiting to receive tests but are with clinical signs for COVID19. Of these two are in heavy condition under mechanical ventilation, and 28 of them have oxygen therapy... These two patients gathered under mechanical ventilation are also with other accompanying diseases, but unfortunately, we do not yet have the results and are treating them as COVID19. They are not confirmed. We have received samples for testing, and we have not yet received the results”, he said.
Avdaj says that two doctors and a nurse are also infected with COVID19, while two other doctors and four nurses are in self - isolation.
I have two hospitalized doctors and two other doctors in self-isolation, fortunately these two are without clinical signs. From the nurses' staff, I have a nurse who's in the hospital and four others being treated in self-presysolation... one of them is hospitalized in the efficient department of us. The other has been hospitalised on us but and because of other problems has been restored to treatment and is currently at KKUK at the Infectious Clinic”, he stressed.
The director of Prizren Regional Hospital also spoke about the capabilities of this hospital.
“I have 33 separate beds for patients with Ovid19 in the Infective Department. Another 43 beds are also dedicated to these patients who are in the Pulmology Department and 20 other beds equipped for ocaigenorapy are in the Neurology Department. We have a capacity of about 94 beds that are currently functioning... We have 14 more beds available in a recently renovated donation space and about 74 other beds dedicated to these patients”, Avdaj said.
Avdaj further indicated that during today the Ministry of Health and USKKUK are equipped with 8 new respirators and 14 beds.
“The Ministry of Health and SHSKUK have equipped us with eight new respirators, and that's good news that makes us stronger and we feel more relaxed and the potential of 11 anesthesiologists who are in the hospital to service these patients... we actually have 5 infectionns, we have 11 anesthesiologists, we have 7 polylogists and 18 other internal - disease specialists and we have neurologs”, he said.
