Turkey has closed borders within the framework of measures to fight the new coronary.
Internal flights have returned to several provinces Monday, while Ankara has eased restrictions following the decline in the number of infected.
Karaismailoglu has said flights will return to five phases in June, adding that Turkey is holding talks with 92 states for a safe return of travel.
We believe we have left behind an important point in the battle against the global virus. Now we have to continue our global ties, just as trade”, he has said in a written statement.
Germany has said Wednesday it is negotiating with Ankara to review travel restrictions, but is awaiting a recommendation from the European Union.
Throughout Turkey, more than 165,000 people have been infected with coronarys.
