They surrounded the ancient settlements of Durrington Walls, which is about two miles [3 km] from Stonehenge, writes BBC.
Tests suggested that these landworks were Nepolitical and were more than 4 thousand and 500 years ago.
A team of academics from St. Andrews, Birmingham, Warwick, Glasgow and Wales worked on this project.

Archaeologist Tim Kinnaird said the findings that had been tested “contained a rich and fascinating archive of previously unknown environmental information. ”
He added that the study of these findings allowed archaeologists to short-range “to describe more extensive Narrative for Stonehengein for the past 4 thousand years”. /Periscope
