Although only three charges have been filed against former KLA soldiers from the Prosecutor's Specialised Chambers in The Hague, this number could range as much as 100.

The situation with the pandemic COVID-19 has also influenced the Special Court to reduce the intensity of its work.

However, three indictments have been deposited in specialised rooms so far, two in February and the other in April of this year.

Nasim Haradinaj, deputy chairman of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation, has told news.net that there has recently been no new invitation.

So far we don't know that an invitation has come. Nor are we waiting because there is no reason behind the invitation and what they have received has been in vain. So for us it's unnecessary. We don't have any information. We are informed by the clients themselves, those who want to inform us, so we don't have any connection with those”, Haradinaj told the news.net.

As far as the total number of invitations that have come to Kosovo, Haradinaj says there are about 250 of them.

He adds that the KLA's OVL have no kind of communication with special officials.

The “has mixed into all areas and about 250 there can be anywhere. About 250 are, but over 200 are always because there are 170 or 180 confirmed by mouth clients who told us, and we've already taken the rest through the media. We don't have any news that we keep confidential or something unless they want to tell us about the clients they call Special Court. We don't care even if they never call us, but we're glad. There is no new development, apart from reports that have been made so far that the charges are being prepared, I am always referring to reports on the media”, Haradinaj stressed.

On the other hand, the attorney licensed by the Special Court, Teki Bocshi, has told of news.net, that because of the pandemic with COVID-19, the Special Court has stopped the pace.

He says that after the end of this situation created by the Coronavirus, the Special Court will return to work and that the flow of its <x0x1ndx1> of its work may be after the end of the pandemic.

The Special Court has essentially stopped the tempo because of the coronary because they don't have any first-hand information as to where it came from. It was expected to flood them, but of course the coronary case stopped. I guess it's going to have to start now.

According to lawyer Teki Bocshi, it has been originally rumoured that there may be about 200 charges, but, he says, about the news.

There aren't many expected to have any large numbers. At first, about 100 or 200 have been spoken. Over 100 counts can be. Of course, once this situation with the Coronavirus is over, the Special Court will be backed up because things around the world have been suspended, even our courts have stopped the processes and slowed”, Bocschi stressed.

Otherwise, on August 3rd 2015, with 82 votes per, 5 against and one abstention, Kosovo Assembly deputies adopted the constitutional amendments, which enabled the establishment of the Special Court for War Crimes.
