Serbian diplomat Vladislav Jovanovic, the president's decision, Hashim Thaci, not to resign after publishing the Special Act, is seeing it as tactical, as the head of the Kosovo state expects such an indictment not confirmed by the Court.
“Thaci hinted that he would resign, but he postponed it, as he expects the court will not confirm the indictment, which can happen.”, Jovanovic said, writes Kosovo Online, broadcast Express.
Jovanovic says we should wait a little longer to see what's behind all these events.
He has also commented on Prime Minister Edi Rama's visit, linking him to the creation of Greater Albania.
