The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Violet Von Cromon, has argued on the social Twitter network with President Trump's Special Emissar, Richard Grenelli, and with former Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli about President Macro's stance on visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
Former Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli I has said it is the last moment after the European Commission's recommendation, EU states give the green light for visa liberalisation.
After that the eurodeput has reacted again to Pacolli, saying it is in the hands of the European Union Council to abolish Kosovo's visa, but for that question ask France's President Emmanuel Macron why he is reluctant to grant visa liberalisation to Kosovo.
It seems that her statement that Kosovo should call French President Macron and ask why visa liberalisation is not happening has not pleased President Macro's team.
President Macro's Europe adviser, Alexander Adam, has liked Pacolli's reaction to Von Cromon's statement to Macron.
Are you sure it's just Emmanuel Macro? You know better than that, even some in Berlin oppose visa liberalisation. The last train is the German EU presidency. So, as Rapporteur, it's good to spend more time convincing the EU capitals, including yours, to make the decision”.
