For more than a decade, Kosovo citizens are waiting for visa removal, and despite the country's fulfillment of all conditions, this EU promise was not realised.
However, such a decision as it seems will not be made soon by the European Council, and this was made known on Prime Minister Hoti's visit to Brussels.
In a direct link to Kosovo Radio Television, journalist Geracina Tuhina has indicated that visa removal is not a primary issue for European officials, the Metro newspaper notes.
The latter are first seeking the return of Kosovo and Serbia to the dialogue table, where at any cost they are demanding that such a process be led and mediated by them.
Meanwhile, from the two most powerful states in the union, France and Germany, were now claimed to be willing to start dialogue between the two countries as soon as possible.
French President Emmanuel Macron is even expected to hold the Paris Summit, where officials from both countries will participate.
As far as the visa issue is concerned, the European Council is not giving a final decision on the issue by dragging it on, as well as demanding that the country meet other conditions, such as the one against corruption.
