As for the Presevo Valley, Haferer appeals to President Aleksandar Vucic to take seriously the claims of “the passage of permanent addresses” of ethnic Albanians, especially in the Medvedja municipality.
Since “Passing permanent addresses” seems to be accompanied by election lists, these processes may eventually have a serious impact on the general outcome of the elections.
Under the Serbian Constitution, any Serb citizen over the age of 18 has the right to vote in national elections.
