The execution of payments from the emergency package following the 2020 revised budget approval

Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami has indicated that she is working with a high intensity on verifying taxpayers' demands, which have applied to benefit from the previous emergency package.

In a Facebook post, Minister Bajrami writes that tomorrow the verification of all demands for compensation of the rent will be completed.

The “by the end of this week will also end with verifications, orally final waves on all measures like: The measure 3a, compensation in salary of 170 euros, 3b rent 50%, extra payments worth 100 euros for food store workers, ovens and drugs, monthly assistance payments worth 130 euros, and financial support for commercial societies that register workers with contracts of at least 1-year work during the emergency public health period from 130 Euro”, Bajrami has written.

It has also stressed that even the beneficiary lists for the 15th measure of monthly assistance worth 130 euros for citizens under grave social conditions heralded as unemployed, are finalised and will soon be executed by the Treasury.

Bajrami has said that while verifications by the relevant Commission are found irregularities during the application, which are making his job difficult, but that the good news is that they are already finalising all applications.

The Finance Ministry provides Kosovo citizens who will continue with implementation of package measures and that the execution of payments will intensify following the adoption of the 2020 revised budget framework.
