Erdogan, Finland, Ivanka: 8 shocking and funny things coming out of the Bolton book for Donald Trump

Former US national security adviser John Bolton plans next week to publish a book that is expected to shock the world regarding current US President Donald Trump. Guardian summarized the most shocking eight things taken from the separate fragments of the book that Periscope brings you. 1. Trump called for help from China [...]

1. Trump called for China's help to help re-election president in the 2020 presidential race.

According to one passage of the book, Trump had asked China to use its economic power to help him win his second term as president.

On one occasion, Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping were discussing arms against China in the United States.

“Trumpi then, suddenly, turned the conversation to the US presidential election, alluding to China's economic capacity to ensure that it won its next mandate.

2. Trump had meant he was open to serve as president in more than two mandates

President Trump in another conversation with Chinese President Xi is clear until he supports the idea of eliminating the time limit for the president.

“Xi said he wanted to work with Trump for six more years, and Trump applied, saying the people were saying that the limit in two terms for the president should be abolished for him,” writes Bolton. “Xi said the US had too many elections, and then Trump was shaking the top with approval. ”

3. Trump offered favor to dictators

The book of Bolton details cases where Trump had tried to abolish criminal investigations as a favour to dictators. An incident published in the Washington Post includes a conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Bolton says Erdogan had told Trump a memo claiming that a Turkish firm being investigated in the US was innocent. “Trumpi later told Erdogan he would do the job, explaining that South district prosecutors were not his people, but Obama's people, a problem that could be fixed when they were replaced with his people. ”

4. Trump had praised President Xi for the China concentration camps

According to Bolton, Trump had also approved when Xi had protected concentration camps for Muslim waters. “After our translators,” writes Bolton,” Trump said Xi must continue to build camps because he thought that was the right thing to do. ”

According to communist party documents published in November last year, at least 1 million Muslim olive trees are imprisoned in these camps, Periscope follows.

5. Trump defended Saudi Arabia to distract from a story about Ivankas

Trump appeared on newspaper fronts in November 2018 when he issued a statement defending Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman about the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. These include verses like “Bota is a very dangerous place! ” and “Possibly did, and perhaps did not! ”

According to Bolton, the very forehead had been the purpose of these statements. An article about his daughter Ivankan using his personal email on government affairs was also on the news at the time. Having fought Hillary Clinton a great deal on the same issue in 2016, Trump needed distraction.

6. Trump's main staff mocked him in the back.

In an example given by the New York Times, Bolton claims he received a note from Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, after the Trump meeting in 2018 with Kim Jong-un of North Korea saying “He's completely shit”.

7. Trump had thought Finland was part of Russia

Bolton's book reportedly will also provide details about the giant holes in President Trump's knowledge. On one occasion, Bolton says Trump seemed to have no basic knowledge of the United Kingdom, asking the then prime minister of this country, Theresa Mayin: “Oh, are you a nuclear power?” But, in addition, Trump had asked whether Finland was part of Russia, and had repeatedly mixed Afghanistan's presidents.

8. Trump had thought it was “col” to conquer Venezuela

According to the Washington Post, Bolton claims Trump said that to conquer Venezuela “would be cool”, and that this place was actually “part of the US”.
