Emma Marshal Davies admitted to the police that she had been drinking wine before driving her Volkswagen Polo car, and then headed home to M4 highway, United Kingdom.
She was found guilty after an alcohol test showed that there were twice as much alcohol in her blood as the normal one has to.
It was sentenced to 12 months of community service and fine at 1,000 euros.
