COVID-19 balance in Kosovo: 1,756 infected, 34 dead and 968 healed

On March 13th, when the first cases were recorded, in Kosovo by COVID-19 34 people have lost their lives, while another 968 have recovered.
“From February 08th until June 16, 2020, at the Medieval Microbiology Laboratory in IKSHPK with RT- The PCR, a total of 19,312 suspected persons in the SARS-CoV-2 virus and a total of 1,756 cases, with a total of 34 cases of death having had other accompanying diseases. Today, on June 16, 2020, 5 patients have been cured until the total number of cures to date is 968 cases”, the IKSHPK report says.
In the IKSHPK in a continuous 24-hour period is being contacted and monitored by all case contacts, as well as contact contacts by binding them for self-isolation and seeking medical assistance if they have symptoms.
