Microbiologist Lull Raka has spoken after increasing the number of cases with Covid019 weeks in the country. He says that responsible authorities' recommendations should be respected so the situation does not deteriorate.
This disturbing increase of the last few days is the result of several factors, primarily not applying MSHU advice, IKSHPCE and health professionals”, Raka said.
The “is noted that after the third phase of easing the measures, especially from , a large portion of Kosovo citizens have understood this as the outcome of Covid-19 and have neglected the risk by bringing up the hororthorous increase in infection”, he added.
And this is disturbing because, in the first place, very soon, capacity can be overloaded even in the Infectious Clinic and already laboratory capacities because the demand for testing is hororme”, Raka explained for RTV21.
But should the restrictive measures be restored?
If the cases are manageable, then there is no need to restore drastic measures. Right now we're in that orange light. If this trend continues next week, or the next two weeks, then there is no other option and the real option could be to take the retributive measures that would control this large increase”, Raka said.
