The Kosovo Assembly applied to the Kosovo National Institute of Public Health (IKSHPK) to see the possibility of testing former-19 officials and deputies of this institution, Free Europe Free Secretary General in the Kosovo Assembly Ismet Krasniqi told Radio.
Krasniqi himself has proved positive with Covid-19, the disease that causes the coronavirus.
“With the acceptance of the test result, I have notified the staff and isolated”, he said.
Krasniqi said the IKPSHK has not yet returned answers in terms of testing the Parliament's staff.
Even the head of the Democratic League of Kosovo parliamentary group, Arben Gashi, has announced on Sunday that it has resulted in positive with Covid-19, along with other family members.
Otherwise, the Kosovo Assembly's chairmanship postponed the meeting, warned of Monday, for another day.
The country's announcement does not mention the reason for the postponement.
Kosovo has confirmed a total of 2,677 corruption cases.
Of them, 1,203 are active, while 49 patients are dead.
The number of laid-offs at the Infective Clinic in Pristina has begun to rise since the beginning of June, when the third phase of relief of anti-commercivicus measures has started.
In the last 10 days in Kosovo, 844 new Corleone cases have been recorded.
The last few days have seen up to 46% of all tested in 24 hours come up positive with Covid-19.
