Dimtry admits he hasn't met Putin for more than a month so it seems to be impossible and infected.
Even three Russian ministers have resulted positive with COVIDD-19, including Prime Minister Mikhail Misustin.
So far in Russia, over 232,000 cases confirmed with COVID-19.
