There are still no police patrols, or if they've been there, why haven't they acted in such a case?
According to the Health Ministry's decision, a citizen is allowed out only three hours during the day. This is even arranged with the last number of personal numbers.
Prizren marked 89 cases of coronary infection. Of them 36 have been healed until 2 have lost their lives.
