In a media report by the presidency, they have written that the president has issued this decree following consultation with political parties represented in the Assembly.
The “Office of the president of the Republic of Kosovo has today handed over comments to the Constitutional Court in terms of applying for pre-lotors to assess the Constitutional Court No. 24/2020 of the president of the Republic of Kosovo, d. 30.04.20, with whom the Decree, under the proposal of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Mr. Avdullah Hoti has been nominated to the Republic of Kosovo candidate for prime minister to form the new Government.
