The interior affairs minister's task officer has threatened me with arrest if I go to the Assembly to exercise my post as deputy. This is the biggest challenge for the Kosovo Assembly since 1989. The government is accountable to Parliament, not MPs to the government. Democracy must triumph”, Pacolli wrote on Twitter.
U.d. Minister of Internal Affairs head Jelal Svecla said MP Pacolli would be detained and perhaps even arrested in case he returned illegally to Kosovo from Tirana.
Svechla insists that Pacolli must respect measures to prevent the spread of the coronary in the country. Among these are his prosthesis, since he came from outside. He also said that Pacolli would be detained if on Saturday he tried the Parliament, where the extraordinary session for the government's vote was expected.
It will remain in proselytism, the moment it potentially breaks isolation, there is normally measures for this action as well. With my knowledge, if isolation is broken, there are other measures, there are no direct moves to arrest, there is a mandate fine, it is returned to veto or sent to quarantine”, Svecla said, claiming that he would not be allowed to go to parliament.
